Applications involving individuals below 18 years of age shall require appropriate consent from a parent or legal guardian.

4. Nomination & Application

Applications shall be submitted with the required information and appropriate consent.
Submission or acceptance of a nomination or application does not automatically guarantee the presentation of an award.
If any fees are applicable in connection with the application, evaluation, certificate, or event, the relevant fee details and conditions shall be communicated before payment.
Payment of any fee alone shall not guarantee an award or recognition.

5. Supporting Documents & Evidence

Applicants may be required to submit relevant supporting documents to substantiate their achievements and contributions.

6. Verification & Evaluation

The applicant’s profile, achievements, contributions, and submitted supporting evidence shall be reviewed, verified, and evaluated by Natural Green Book of World Records or its designated Evaluation Committee, according to the relevant award category.

Natural Green Book of World Records shall review and evaluate each nomination or application.
Additional information, documents, clarification, or supporting evidence may be requested wherever necessary.
The evaluation findings shall form part of the final decision-making process. Evaluation findings alone shall not constitute final approval or rejection of an award.
Any material personal conflict of interest in the evaluation or approval process shall be disclosed and appropriately managed.
Final approval shall be granted in accordance with Section 12 of this policy.

8. Award Certificate & Identification

Approved recipients may be presented with an Award Certificate, Shield, Medal, Trophy, or other appropriate form of recognition, depending on the nature of the award.
Each approved recipient may also be assigned a Unique Award ID or Certificate ID for identification, documentation, and verification purposes.
Award-related details may be maintained in the official records of Natural Green Book of World Records.
Where online verification or publication of recipient details is provided, it shall be carried out subject to applicable privacy and consent requirements.

9. Honorary Awards & World Record Distinction

Honorary Awards and Recognitions are separate from World Record titles and World Record achievements.
Receiving an Honorary Award, Excellence Award, Talent Award, Iconic Award, Lifetime Achievement Award, or other recognition award from Natural Green Book of World Records does not automatically confer the status of World Record Holder, World Record Achiever, or World Record Participant.
Such World Record recognition shall be granted only after separately fulfilling the applicable rules, eligibility requirements, evidence verification, and approval procedures for the respective World Record category.

10. Integrity, Review & Withdrawal

Natural Green Book of World Records reserves the right to review any award or recognition if any information, claim, document, or evidence submitted by or on behalf of the recipient is subsequently found to be false, fabricated, misleading, or materially inaccurate.
A review may also be undertaken if credible new information becomes available that materially affects the basis on which the award was originally granted.
Before a final adverse decision is made, the recipient shall ordinarily be informed of the concerns and provided a reasonable opportunity to submit an explanation.
Temporary suspension of an award may be considered where reasonably necessary while the review is pending.
Any suspension, withdrawal, amendment, correction, or change in the status of an award or recognition shall be subject to the final decision provisions stated below.
The reasons for such decisions shall be appropriately documented and communicated to the recipient.
