Kaakum Karangal Trust, in association with Natural Green Book of World Records (A Brand of NG Innovations), shall organize and coordinate the World Record Events. Natural Green Book of World Records shall follow a structured process for the evaluation, verification, approval, and recognition of record attempts.
1. Record Evaluation
Every record application shall be reviewed in accordance with the official standards, rules, conditions, and evaluation criteria established by Natural Green Book of World Records.
2. Evidence Verification
All submitted evidence, including videos, photographs, documents, witness statements, and supporting materials, may be examined by Natural Green Book of World Records to verify its authenticity, accuracy, and compliance with official requirements.
3. Decision Process
Natural Green Book of World Records shall independently review and evaluate each record application in accordance with its official standards, rules, conditions, and evaluation criteria. The results of such evaluation shall be taken into consideration as part of the final decision-making process.
4. Approval Criteria
A world record shall be approved only when all official standards, conditions, and evaluation requirements established by Natural Green Book of World Records have been fully satisfied.
5. Participant Recognition
All individuals who officially participate in a World Record Event organized and coordinated by Kaakum Karangal Trust, in association with Natural Green Book of World Records (A Brand of NG Innovations), shall be awarded an Official World Record Participant Certificate. However, participants who do not successfully satisfy the official record standards, conditions, and evaluation criteria established by Natural Green Book of World Records shall receive only the Official World Record Participant Certificate.
6. Achievement Recognition
Participants who successfully satisfy all official record standards, conditions, and evaluation criteria established by Natural Green Book of World Records shall be recognized as Official World Record Achievers.
7. Certificate Verification
Every approved certificate shall be assigned a unique Certificate ID and may be verified through the official website of Natural Green Book of World Records.
8. Certificate Status Upgrade
If an Official World Record Participant is subsequently recognized as an Official World Record Achiever for the same record attempt, the certificate status may be upgraded while retaining the same Certificate ID to preserve continuity, authenticity, and verification history.
9. Right to Review
Natural Green Book of World Records reserves the right to review any record or certificate if new evidence, policy violations, fraudulent information, or verification issues are identified. Any suspension, revocation, amendment, or correction arising from such review shall be subject to the Final Decision provisions stated below.
10. Final Decision
The final decision regarding the approval, rejection, suspension, revocation, amendment, correction, recognition, or certificate status of any world record shall rest jointly with the Founder & Managing Trustee of Kaakum Karangal Trust and the Founder & Managing Director of Natural Green Book of World Records. Such decision shall be final and binding.
